二、范圍
適用于因車輛租賃提交的一切保證金的收取與退還業務。
Scope: Applicable to all deposit refunds submitted for vehicle leasing.
三、保證金收取
在租賃車輛時，選擇保證金擔保方式的，承租人應當在簽訂汽車租賃合同時向出租人交納保證金。出租人應當在收取保證金時向承租人開具相應單據，并不得將保證金挪作他用。
Deposit collection: If you choose the margin guarantee method when renting vehicles，the lessee shall pay a deposit to the lessor when signing the car rental contract. The lessor shall issue corresponding documents to the lessee when collecting the deposit, and should not misappropriate the deposit for other purposes.
